My recent night at Cascade Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. Loved the beautiful design throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed offered amazing comfort. I enjoyed the modern amenities, like the flat-screen TV and excellent shower. The staff always greeted me warmly and were quick to help. However, my excitement was dampened by some issues. The sink barely functioned, making it inconvenient to freshen up. Maintenance was notified, but I didn’t see any resolution during my stay. Also, my room had a strange setup where I entered through the bathroom area, which felt odd. It’s a beautiful place with great potential but needs a bit of fine-tuning to match the expectations set by its style.
